NEUROFUSE is a fully non-invasive,

AI-driven system designed to identify

and regulate the brain-network metabolic patterns that sustain chronic pain.

How NEUROFUSE Works

1. Metabolic Imaging

  • Advanced MRSI measures spatial patterns of cellular energy stress

  • Features extracted via a 3D Masked Autoencoder

 

2. Network Modeling

  • Brain modeled as a graph

  • Nodes = regions

  • Edges = connectivity

 

3. Graph Intelligence

  • GIN: compares a region’s metabolism relative to its neighbors

  • GAT: identifies nodes whose dysfunction propagates most strongly

 

4. Fusion & Ranking

  • Cross-attention transformer fuses metabolism + network data

  • Outputs a ranked list of intervention targets
